Emotional Burnout for Women Who Carry Everyone Else Mini Course
About Course
Emotional Burnout for Women
Many women reach emotional burnout without realising it is happening. They are still functioning, still showing up, still caring, and still holding everything together. From the outside, they look capable. On the inside, they feel depleted, resentful, numb, or quietly overwhelmed.
This kind of burnout is often invisible because it is not caused by one dramatic crisis. It develops through ongoing emotional labour, anticipating needs, managing moods, holding responsibility, and being the emotional stabiliser in families, relationships, and workplaces.
This course is not about blaming partners, children, or systems, although systems matter. It is about understanding the emotional dynamics that lead women to overcarry, under receive, and slowly disconnect from themselves. Awareness is the first step toward change, not confrontation or collapse.
This is not a venting space. It is an understanding space.
