My STORY
I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside while something inside is quietly falling apart.
I tried therapy. Coaching. Systems. And still felt like something was missing.
It wasn’t until I began studying how the brain actually works, the patterns, adaptations, and nervous system responses underneath emotional exhaustion, that things finally began to shift.
I’m Lynette. And I built ShiftEd Minds for the woman I used to be.
