Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ShiftEd Minds, we are committed to providing high-quality courses, coaching, and resources to support your personal growth and learning journey. Because our programs involve both digital products and live coaching, please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Digital Courses & Programs

  • All sales are final once you enroll in an online course or access downloadable materials.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot issue refunds once course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us at hallo@shifted-minds.com within 7 days, and we’ll assist you in regaining access.

2. Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions must be booked and paid in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered canceled without a refund.

3. Refund Exceptions

  • A refund may be considered if:
    • You accidentally purchased the same course or session twice.
    • Technical errors on our part prevent you from accessing paid content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
